After ten years of working for different chefs and in a varied range of establishments, I am realising my dream of running my own business. All of my chocolates are hand made by me. I make the centres with rich Cotswold Double Cream I then encase them using a selection of the finest continental chocolate. Where possible I source all of my ingredients locally and now have a regular slot on the Stratford upon Avon Farmers Market twice monthly. I am also at several local food fairs and Charity Events so please take a look at when I might be in a location near you.

My Chocolates make great presents be it for a birthday gift or as just a little 'Thank you' for someone you appreciate. I can do bespoke boxes of chocolates for individuals or corporate functions.
